The first month is spent inside your business, not in a slide deck.
It ends with something already working.

Most businesses don't struggle with AI because the technology is hard. They struggle because someone handed them a tool and walked away. That's not how I work.

You've heard you should be using AI.
What you actually need is a business that runs smoother.

Sometimes that means AI doing real work: quoting, follow-up, the paperwork that keeps you off the real work. And sometimes the right tool is a plain workflow that never touches AI at all. If a checklist beats a chatbot, you get the checklist.

First, the analysis.
The whole operation, mapped.

Everything starts the same way: an honest look at where AI fits your business, and where it doesn't. How work comes in, who touches it, where it waits, where it leaks. It holds up a mirror before it recommends a thing.

The pattern comes before the cut.

The house keeps your pattern,
and alters it as you grow.

I've never seen a business get the most out of AI by buying more software. The ones that win stopped doing it alone.

The partnership is where the system stops being a project and becomes how you operate. The house keeps your pattern, and as your business changes the system is altered to keep fitting: alteration, not maintenance, the way a tailor recuts a suit instead of pressing it. I visit in person every week, because the work changes in ways a dashboard doesn't show, and once a month we sit down over the standing list: what improved, what still hurts, what is coming next quarter. When something needs attention between visits, you reach me directly, and I already know your operation.

There's no lock-in; the system is yours on paper either way, written down and kept current the way a tailor keeps your pattern on file. What keeps you isn't a contract. It's the fit.

If the day comes when your own team should take it over and run it without me, that door exists. It's a conversation, not a package.

The Analysis

Month one: the whole operation mapped where the work happens, with workflow, opportunity, an honest roadmap, and one thing already working before the month ends. It stands on its own.

The monthly partnership where the system grows and keeps fitting as your business changes: a visit in person every week, one sit-down review a month, and a direct line to me between them. The house keeps it, and alters it as you grow.

Standard Operating Procedure: New Proposals
Winning work without starting from scratch · Page 3 of 14

Step 2. Assemble the first draft.

Who: whoever owns the pitch.
When: a prospect call ends with a yes to a proposal.
Finished looks like: a draft in the house style, priced from the rate sheet, ready for the owner's pass the same afternoon.

What the AI does: pulls the parts that repeat every time from the standards file, drafts the custom sections from the call notes, and marks every line it wrote, so the owner's judgment goes where it earns. It never sends anything.

Almost nothing to learn

You get working tools, not a system to study. You keep running your business the way you already do.

Working before I leave

Most AI consulting takes a quarter to show anything. You end month one with the full analysis and one thing already working, and you use it the day it lands.

Nothing hidden, in plain English

No black box. Everything I keep for you is written in plain English you can read any time, so you always see exactly what your system does and why. I handle the upkeep, so it keeps fitting without adding a job to your desk.

None of this is a promise. I built STUDD AI, a live software product, with this exact methodology, and it's in both app stores today. What I'd build for you is built the same way: fit for your needs, not what someone else wants.

Pricing is a conversation, not a menu.

Every engagement is fixed fee or fixed monthly. No hourly billing, and no packages page, because the work is cut to fit. One call and you'll know the numbers and whether we're a fit at all.
